The airport taxi request must be completed in full by Friday, June 21, 2019.

Please register below for the taxi service from the Queen Alia Airport to the Hilton Hotel on Sunday, August 25, and back to the Queen Alia Airport after the conference on Wednesday, August 28. If you register for taxi service on these dates, WPP will cover the cost.

If you have previous approval to arrive before Sunday, August 25th and leave after Wednesday, August 28th, the WPP conference will cover your taxi services.

Transportation To & From Queen Alia International Airport

  • Driver will have signs stating “WPP Conference.”
  • Times of arrivals and gates will be supplied to the driver.
  • Any late or missed transportation will also be taken care of with notice to company.
  • Luggage will be trolleyed by driver and is included in service.

Details

  • Note:  Any arrivals on or before August 24th or departures later than the August 28th will need to be arranged and paid for by each individual, unless approved by Director May Rihani in writing.  If the attendee chooses to fly into another airport, the attendee will also be responsible to pay for their own transportation.
  • Arrival from Queen Alia International Airport on 08/25/19 – to the Hilton Dead Sea Hotel & Resort  (approx. a 45-minute drive)
  • “Meet & Assist” – attendees will be met at the luggage/customs area and processed through customs by a driver from the Amin Kawar transportation company – no visa is needed. 

Departure from hotel to airport on August 28, 2019

  • Guests will be picked up at the hotel and taken to the airport.
  • Times will be given to the driver.
  • Please allow at least 2+ hours to arrive at the airport.
  • Guests will be dropped off at the departure gates outside the airport.  No luggage service beyond curb.
  • All transport will be completed in a 2-person sedan – no group transportation is being paid for.
