Please fill out the following form to submit your hotel request for METALCON.
You will receive a hotel acknowledgment for your lodging within 24-48 hours of submitting your form Monday through Friday.

If you do not receive an acknowledgment after 48 business hours, please contact us immediately at 301-570-0800, and press 2 for the Meetings Department. If you do not receive an acknowledgment and do not follow up with Globetrotter as to the status of the request, you will be responsible for any no-show fees related to any rooms booked.
