Our host hotel is the Chatham Bars Inn.

The US Conference of Mayors has negotiated a reduced room rate structure at the Chatham Bars Inn. The two room block options are listed below:

Three Night Stay ($459.00/night plus taxes and fees) - Run of House - This rate has a three night minimum length of stay. The nights of Thursday 9/19/24, Friday 9/20/24, and Saturday 9/21/24 must be included to be eligible for this discounted rate. If you cancel, you will be charged for all three nights plus taxes and fees.

One/Two Night Stay ($699.00/night plus taxes and fees) - Run of House - This rate may be selected for a one or two night stay. If you cancel, you will be charged for the full number of nights booked plus taxes and fees.

Please note the following taxes and fees are assessed on each room night booked:

Massachusetts State and Local Chatham Occupancy Tax of 11.7%
Cape & Islands Water Protection Tax of 2.75%
Destination Fee of 5% of the NIGHTLY RATE.
- Destination Fee Covers the Following Amenities:
  - Local and Long-Distance Calls within the USA
  - Morning Coffee, Tea, and Muffins in the South Lounge
  - Daily Newspaper
  - Use of the Fitness Center
  - High Speed Wireless Internet throughout Hotel
  - Valet and Self Parking

If you wish to extend your stay, our reduced room rates are available starting Monday, September 16 and ending Monday, September 23, 2024.

The peak event dates are for a check in of Thursday, September 19, 2024, and a check out of Sunday, September 22, 2024.

Rates are based on single/double occupancy.
Triple and quad occupancies are at higher rates.

If you require longer dates or are interested in extending your dates, feel free to enter the dates you wish to arrive or depart the hotel, and we can work on extending the dates of your trip. Rate may vary, however, if the room will be at a different rate on the additional nights, you will be contacted. A different rate offered will result in a different resort fee for the alternative rate, as it is 5% of the nightly rate.

Availability of extended dates is not guaranteed until you have received your official Globetrotter Travel/US Conference of Mayor's room acknowledgment.
